Australia:
- NSW, VIC, SA, QLD, WA & NT
New Zealand:
- Auckland, Wellington, Hawke's Bay, Dunedin, Palmerston North, Tauranga, Lower Hutt and Paraparaumu
Duration
- Varies dependant on the trial
- Out-patient visits only
